Sleep is for the body therapy. While sleeping, the body is cellular turnover. Body is also in the process of rest, such as the brain, muscles, hormones adrenaline and mind. But during sleep, the heart still working lifetime. Sleep is the best yoga. even many diseases that can be cured of sleep therapy. Sleep can calm the mind, keeps the body young and bring happiness. Good sleep time is 8 hours every day. should not be reduced. but do not be too excessive.
